Sharel Freeman
Chief Executive Officer, Honolulu
Sharel Freeman joined the administrative team of Aloha International Employment, Inc. in 1998. From administrative duties, she worked her way into recruitment, office management and eventually Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2006. She handled operations management; building business relationships; recruiting; and all employee employer relations.

In addition to her experience in the employment industry, she has two years experience as a Human Resources Manager in the hospitality industry. Sharel has also attended numerous labor law, worker’s compensation and hotel industry training seminars, including HR in Hospitality Training in Las Vegas, Nevada and Hospitality Service Training in Carmel Valley, California.

Grace Paul
Employment Specialist
Grace supports the Staffing team with prescreening, background checks, reference verifications, and recruitment. She has over five years of customer service and administrative experience in the escrow service industry.

In addition, Grace is heavily involved in community events and volunteer work for children with Autism. Her professional and personal experience allows Grace to provide efficient and friendly service to our clientele.

Bob Yeager
Owner, Marketing
Bob received his bachelor’s degree from Chaminade University and his Master’s degree from University of Hawaii at Manoa. For 13 years he worked as a medical administrator for the Hawaii State Department of Health. Bob earned a Bronze Star and several air medals while serving in Vietnam as a company commander in 7/1 Air Cavalary Squadron.

In 1981, Bob founded Aloha International Employment on Maui. In 2007 he opened a branch in Honolulu at the Pioneer Plaza Building. In 2000 Bob founded Heligolf-Hawaii a company providing Helicopter golf tours from Lanai and Oahu to Maui and from Maui to the Big Island and Oahu.

He is currently an active Rotarian and has been since 1980. In addition, he has served on the boards of Maui United Way, the Maui YMCA and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Maui.

Bob currently lives both in Honolulu and Maui and is married to the successful Maui realtor, Carol Ball.
